Instead, we request that you change your password. However, your password cannot be directly changed from this page. For security purposes, we will send an email to the email address registered for your account. This allows us to verify that the person requesting the password change is actually the person that owns the account. A separate URL link will be contained in the body of the email message that will take you to our actual secure password change form. |
